Return & Refund Policy

Fragrance Products

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for health and safety reasons:

Opened Products

Opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Unopened Products

Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

Products must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
• The customer is responsible for shipping return charges.
• All returns must comply with hazardous goods regulations.

Damaged Products

Customers must report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.

Photos may be required.

Return Processing

Approved exchanges and store credits may take up to 10 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
