PUERTO RICAN FRAGRANCE BRAND TO DEBUT AT CHICAGO PUERTO RICAN FESTIVAL

CHICAGO, IL - June 11, 2026 - FLAMBÓ, a Puerto Rican-owned fragrance brand dedicated to capturing the essence of Puerto Rican culture through scent, today announced the debut of its inaugural fragrance, Parcha Fuerte by Flambó, during the Chicago Puerto Rican Festival in Humboldt Park from June 11–14, 2026.

Inspired by the beloved tropical passion fruit, known throughout Puerto Rico as parcha, Parcha Fuerte is a modern fragrance designed to evoke the feeling of the island itself, its warmth, energy, resilience, and unmistakable vibrancy.

"Flambó was created from the belief that fragrance can tell stories, preserve culture, and transport people to meaningful places and memories," said Havier Nazario, Founder of Flambó. "With Parcha Fuerte, we wanted to create a fragrance that feels like Puerto Rico, not as a destination, but as a feeling."

Parcha Fuerte opens with a juicy passion fruit eruption and then quickly magnetizes to a settling oud; creating a lasting impression that is both modern and memorable.

The launch marks the first public appearance of the Flambó brand, which draws deeply from Puerto Rican heritage while embracing contemporary fragrance artistry. Packaging features rich blood-red tones accented by metallic gold detailing and Taíno-inspired design elements that honor the island's indigenous roots.

Festival attendees will have the opportunity to experience Parcha Fuerte firsthand, meet members of the Flambó team, and purchase the fragrance in both 10 ml and 30 ml presentations.

Following its Chicago debut, Flambó will host its official unveiling celebration in Newark, New Jersey.
